Providence is rolling out its brand-new garbage and recycling carts across the city.
Residents can expect to see those carts arrive at their homes starting on March 16th and the goal is to have all of them delivered by June.
As new carts are dropped off, the old ones will be removed.
The updated carts are black for trash and blue for recycling and the hope is this new color scheme will make it easier for people to identify which one is the garbage cart.
