Harvard Calling White House Lawsuit Retaliatory

Harvard is calling a lawsuit from the White House retaliatory and based on improper motives.

On Tuesday, the university pushed back against the Trump administration's lawsuit accusing Harvard of withholding admissions data for applicants.

Harvard said it has already produced more than two thousand pages of material demonstrating that race is no longer considered in admissions decisions.

The university acknowledged it did not provide individual applicant materials, such as essays, but argued that those records are private and sensitive.
