Two suspects believed responsible for a bank robbery three years ago in Providence are now in custody.
It was described as an "inside job," when 500-thousand-dollars was stolen from the vault at the Santander Bank branch on Atwells Avenue in June, 2023.
Employee access codes were used to gain entry without triggering the alarm.
Stacy Delgado, who was a manager at the bank at the time, and Stanley Palmer, were arrested in New York on charges connected to the robbery.
