DOJ Antisemitism Lawsuit Against Harvard

A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit against Harvard University filed by the Trump Administration.

The administration accused the school of turning a blind eye to antisemitism.

U.S. District Judge Richard Stearns ruled that alleged incidents were too isolated to show an ongoing violation.

The Justice Department had argued Harvard created a hostile educational environment during protests tied to the Israel-Hamas war and failed to adequately protect students.

Harvard has continued to fight the administration on several fronts, including other lawsuits involving billions of dollars in federal funding.
