Heavy weekend rain has impacted several Rhode Island communities.
The rain caused flooding and property damage in several areas, including Cranston and West Warwick.
One property owner in West Warwick tells NBC-10 News that the floodwaters caused a retaining wall to collapse at his Newell Street home and at least one building on Andrews Avenue had to be evacuated because of the flooding.
