A Burlington man is guilty of attempted murder.
Jason Eaton was convicted yesterday for a shooting that hurt three Palestinian men over three years ago on North Prospect Street.
One of the three men studied at Brown University.
He used the insanity defense, but jurors rejected his argument after three hours of deliberations.
The mother of one of the victims says the verdict can't undo what happened or erase the trauma, but it affirms that Eaton is responsible for what he did.
His sentencing date has not been set.
