Ann and Nancy Wilson have barely spoken since an incident last year in which Ann’s husband Dean Witter was arrested for striking and choking Nancy’s twin sons following an Auburn, Washington show.
Earlier this year, Dean pleaded guilty to two non-felony assault charges in the fourth degree, and finally received his sentence on Friday. As part of a plea deal, Dean received a jail sentence of 364 days, although all the time has been suspended. He also must pay restitution, will be on probation, and has to undergo counseling and have no contact with the boys.
