Billy Joel hit the stage of New York City’s Madison Square Garden once again on Sunday. Last month, he was joined by Peter Frampton as he celebrated his 70th birthday at the venue – and this time, he brought along another guest.
Def Leppard’s Joe Elliott joined the Piano Man on stage, welcomed by a roaring crowd after “She’s A Woman.” Together, the two music legends served up a rendition of the 1987 hit “Pour Some Sugar On Me.”
The Def Leppard singer is the latest of a string of guests performing with Joel at MSG, which includes Bruce Springsteen, Paul Simon, Sting, John Mellencamp and more. The last time the two performed live together was in 2018 at Boston’s Fenway Park. Check out a fan-shot video of the performance below, courtesy of YouTube.
