Saturday night was an epic conclusion to Paul McCartney’s McCartney welcomed multiple special guests on stage at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, California – the most exciting moment being a mini Beatles reunion with Ringo Starr.
The two reunited for their first show together at the venue since 1966 – that’s more than 50 years. Ringo hit the drums for the Beatles classics “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Heart Club Band (Reprise)” and “Helter Skelter.”
Later on in the show, after Starr gave the crowd one final “peace and love,”Joe Walsh of The Eagles hit the stage. He acted as the third guitar solo on “The End.” After the jam, McCartney joked, “we didn’t have a clue what we were doing.”Check out fan-shot footage of the performances below.
