Fans are getting a look at Foreigner’s upcoming concert film, “Double Vision: Then and Now.” The trailer for the movie about Foreigner’s two-night 40th anniversary reunion back in 2017 just dropped on YouTube.
The movie premieres on the small screen tonight at 8pm ET on DirecTV and more, but you’ll have to wait until October for the physical release featuring bonus interviews and footage. That includes footage of Lou Gramm and Mick Jones visiting Electric Lady Studio in New York City, where they recorded the band’s “4” album.
The two nights at the Soaring Eagle Casino Resort in Mount Pleasant, Michigan featured four members of the original band – Jones, Gramm, Ian McDonald and Dennis Elliott–playing together for the first time since the early 1980s.
