Back in the summer Queen launched their “You Are The Champions” campaign,” calling on fans to help create three brand new music videos. Now, the band has unveiled the collaborative creations.
Teaming up with YouTube, Queen has released three new videos for their hits “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “A Kind Of Magic,” and “Don’t Stop Me Now.” The music videos are produced entirely from fan submissions, and each one is a little different:
- “Bohemian Rhapsody” has been recreated entirely with a mash-up of musicians’ takes on the timeless hit. Check it outHERE.
- The “A Kind Of Magic” music video has gotten a glow-up with original artwork from fans around the world. Check it outHERE.
- The new video for “Don’t Stop Me Now” is a full-on dance party thanks to submissions from fans doing original choreography by Polly Bennett.Check it outHERE.
Over 10,000 fans in 120 countries participated in the “You Are The Champions” campaign. “The diversity of their vision is astonishing,” says lead guitaristBrian May. “It’s one of the most rewarding things that can happen to an artist of any kind.”Check out the videos below.
