Pearl Jam fans finally got the new music they’ve been waiting for. The Seattle rockers have released the new song “Dance of the Clairvoyants,” the first single from their upcoming album “Gigaton,” which drops March 27th. Personally my expectations were WAY off. I mean waaaayyy off. This is definitely NOT the grungy guitar-driven signature sound that most of us casual fans are used to hearing from PJ. In fact, if it weren't for Ed Vedder's extremely recognizable voice, I might have thought this tune was a 1980's collaboration by David Bowie, The Talking Heads and Peter Gabriel. Meanwhile...The band also revealed they will have an opener for their North American tour, which kicks off March 18th in Toronto. Pluralone, a.k.a. Red Hot Chili Peppers’ guitarist Josh Klinghoffer's solo project, will be opening all dates.
