“Extraction” is huge on Netflix, on track to become its biggest film premiere to date after hitting the streaming service at the end of April. To celebrate the feat, star Chris Hemsworth has taken to Instagram thanking everyone who watched the movie. If you haven't seen it yet, check out the trailer below.
Netflix has announced the film is poised to become its most-watched feature film premiere, with a projected 90-million households tuning in within the first four weeks of the April 24th premiere. Hemsworth stars in the action drama as a black-market mercenary hired to rescue the kidnapped son of an international crime lord behind bars.
“I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone that checked out ‘Extraction,’ you’ve made it the #1 film on the planet right now,” Hemsworth says in his video posted to Instagram. “We are blown away by the response and the support.
