Paul McCartney is honoring his late wife Linda with a new cookbook. The Beatles legend and his daughters Mary and Stella have announced the release of a book made up of Linda’s meat-free recipes, due on June 24th and available for pre-orderHERE.
“Linda McCartney's Family Kitchen: Over 90 Plant-Based Recipes to Save the Planet and Nourish the Soul” is a collection of “up to date” takes on Linda’s beloved plant-based recipes. The book also gives a look at the meals the family eats at home nowadays along with “favorite family stories” and family photographs.
"Years ago, before anyone had woken up to the idea of environmental and health and animal welfare issues, Linda was blazing the trail with vegetarianism,” Paul says in a statement. “I hope this book inspires conversations about sustainability and about modern living amongst people besides also just giving them some great recipes to eat."
