Elton John has rescheduled his goodbye. The singer just announced new North American and European dates for his “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” Tour, which was postponed due to the pandemic.
“Hello, all you wonderful fans out there. I’m coming to you today with an announcement I’ve been working towards for, well, all my life,” Elton shared on Instagram. “The shows that I announce today will be my final tour dates ever in North America and Europe.”
He adds, “I’m going to go out in the biggest possible way, performing at my very best, with the most spectacular production I’ve ever had, playing in places that have meant so much to me throughout my career.”
- The North American leg is set to kick off July 15th, 2022 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, wrapping with two nights at Los Angeles’ Dodgers’ Stadium, November 19thand 20th.
- Elton comes to Gillette Stadium in Foxboro on July 28th!
