The Rolling Stones are honoring the life and legacy of their late, legendary drummer Charlie Watts, who passed away last week at the age of 80.
The band has shared a tribute video to Charlie, soundtracked by their song “If You Can’t Rock Me.” The video features archival footage of Watts onstage, in the studio, and on the set of music video shoots with the Stones.
“So when the Stones asked me to join, they talked in terms of a band, a commitment in other words,” Charlie says in the video. “‘Oh, this will go on for a year, and next year fold up." Check it out below... (photo: Getty Images / Video: Twitter )
