The Providence Performing Arts Center and The VETS Host In-Person Job Fair

Providence, RI – Your chance to be a star at The Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) and The Veterans Memorial Auditorium (The VETS) happens next week, on Tuesday, September 14 from 2P to 7P! PPAC and The VETS are hosting a job fair at 220 Weybosset Street in downtown Providence, RI 02903. Both organizations are looking to fill positions in the following areas: Box Office, bartenders, concessions, operations, security, vaccination checkers, and more. Flexible hours are available.
PPAC is also seeking part-time teaching artists for their Disney Musicals in Schools program. Teaching artists should have a background in theatre, musical theater, dance, and/or music, and be passionate about the performing arts. The Disney Musicals in School program runs from January – June 2022; teaching artists will collaborate with teachers and students in select Providence Public Elementary Schools on producing their first school musical! IATSE Local 23 will also be onsite at the Job Fair. They are seeking stagehand applicants for concert sound/lighting, rigging, carpentry, and theatre production. Training is available.
Please note that proof of being vaccinated against COVID-19 is required to be eligible for employment.
