Thanks for Supporting PARL's "Howl-O-Ween"

Thanks to everyone who came out to Providence Animal Rescue League on Saturday for 'Howl-O-Ween!" We had about 20 dogs enter the costume contest and everyone had a blast. Personally, I always love when PARL asks me to emcee their costume contests, as they did this year. Check out the winning costume, "Beauty and the Beast" in the top right photo below.
