Bruce Springsteen has released another live recording for fans. The Boss just shared the live album “Tower Theater 1995,” a recording of his December 9th, 1995 concert in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania (outside of Philly), from his first-ever solo tour.
The trek was in support of his solo album “The Ghost Of Tom Joad,” with the concert at the small venue featuring songs from that album, as well as “Nebraska,” and several Springsteen classics like “Blinded By The Light,” “Born In The U.S.A,” and “Darkness On The Edge Of Town.”
“Being only the tenth show, Upper Darby 12/9/95 captures a seminal Joad performance in unadulterated form, showcasing his acoustic-guitar playing and evocative storytelling,” Bruce shares on Instagram.
Bruce also shared audio of one of the night’s final two songs, “Joad’s” “Galveston Bay.” Check it out below:
