Vote for Rhode Island's Next License Plate Design

The Rhode Island DMV has unveiled the five finalists in the new license plate design contest. The finalists include two designs similar to the current "Wave," a simpler one that also involves the ocean and horizon, and two designs depicting the Newport Pell Bridge.
