New music is on the way from Billy Idol. The rocker has announced a new four-song EP titled “The Cage” that’s set to release on September 23rd, and he’s released the title track and its video as part of the announcement.
It’s the first new music from Idol since last year’s EP “The Roadside,” and he says this one is different from last year’s four-song release.
“The last EP, we were kind of warming up to this. This EP is a lot more coming at you. Loads more guitar.”
Idol will also be the subject of a new documentary being directed by Jonas Akerlund. So far there's no word on when it will be released.
