A new report from Payscale looks into the jobs that will see the highest quit rates this year. They analyzed the hiring and quit rates for dozens of occupations from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and asked more than 80-thousand workers about their plans to look for a new job. The study finds that those in customer service, human resources and technology fields are most likely to resign soon.
The top 10 jobs workers are most likely to quit in 2023, based on Payscale’s research:

-Software development manager
-Creative director
-Production manager for manufacturing
-Public relations specialist
-Medical coding specialist
-Human resources assistant
-Customer success manager
-Controls engineer
-Human resources specialist
