A lucky cat is back home after being rescued from a storm drain in Swansea. According to NBC10-WJAR-TV, the cat was found with its head stuck in the drain. Swansea Police assisted the Highway Department and Animal Control in freeing the feline from the drain. After a stop at the local shelter, he was reunited with his owner.
