The “Brady Bunch” house is up for sale! HGTV bought the property and transformed it into an exact replica of the sitcom's set, with the help of the “Property Brothers.” HGTV spent about $2 million on renovations, including adding a second floor.
ABC only used the house for exterior shots, but now it’s been updated to look just like it did on TV decades ago, complete with the iconic floating staircase, a den, and a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. The outside was updated to look just like it did on TV as well, with a swing set, teeter-totter, and even Tiger's dog house!
The house was originally purchased for $3.5 million, and is listed for sale at $5.5 million. HGTV plans to use up to $250k of the sale to provide meals for hungry kids through the Turn Up! Fight Hunger initiative.
