Seven years after their last release, Heart has good news for fans. Sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson have confirmed they are working on new music together, despite creative differences pushing them towards solo careers in recent years.
The new material would be Heart’s first since 2016’s “Beautiful Broken,” and Nancy revealed the sound will be a tribute to their early days. The guitarist said the new offering will be "closer to what you would have heard us originally do in the '70s, late '70s. So it's really fun, it's just exciting and inspiring."
There’s been no word on a release date, but Nancy also revealed she’s working with longtime writing partner Sue Ennis. “It's been a really nice kind of rediscovery of our relationship, working on music together again. So, yeah, I'm really happy about that."
