As we previously told you, fans took note after AC/DC released a cryptic post on social media. As it turns out, their speculation was correct: the iconic band is heading back out on the road for the first time in eight years… but there’s a twist.
As the rockers prep for “Power Up,” a spring/summer tour of Europe, they’ve got a new line-up. Chris Chaney has been tapped to “carry the torch” for longtime bassists Cliff Williams, who’s retired from touring due to health issues. Brian Johnson, Angus and Stevie Young and Matt Laug complete the roster.
The European trek launches May 17th in Germany and will hop around the continent (and the UK) until August 17th. No word on US dates yet, but I'll keep you posted. Here is the final teaser video:
