The Rolling Stones' 1981 album Tattoo You marked the last time the band had the top album on the Billboard album chart. Most of the songs were reportedly culled from a pile of songs they chose not to use on earlier albums. "Start Me Up" was the biggest single on the record. It comes in at #64 on our countdown of the Top 100 Songs of the 80s!
