We all love drinking wine... but the debate rages on about how healthy it really is for you.

We all know this... many studies show that drinking red wine seems to lower the risk of heart disease. 

It's now proven that drinking 1–3 glasses of red wine per day may reduce the risk of stroke as well! 

SO WHAT DOES THIS ALL MEAN:

Drinking 1–2 glasses of red wine each day may lower the risk of heart disease, stroke and account for some good exercise. 

However, high amounts may increase the risk.
