It's been a few years since Frozen was on everyone's mind, but when John Kucko came home to find his house looking like Elsa's Ice Palace he probably hummed a few bars of Let It Go.
The New York photographer drove up to his beach home in Webster, New York and found a startling sight. His beloved getaway home completely encased in 7 inches of ice.
The home is located on the shores of Lake Ontario, and Kucko speculates that the waves from the lake were splashing up and freezing his home solid.
He says his house is the only one on the shore that doesn't have a retaining wall, making the water and wind more likely to coat his home.
