Man, KFC has really gotten creative the last few years with it's marketing campaigns and they don't seem to be slowing down any time soon.
Apparently if you are expecting a child on September 9th and are willing to name your child Harland the fastfood chain will give you $11,000 (modeled after their 11 herbs and spices) as a downpayment for your kids college tuition.
Granted 18 years from now with the way tuition has been going 11K will most likely cover 2 books, but still any little bit helps right?
