National Suicide Prevention Week: Learn The Signs

I like to think that every week should be Nation Suicide Prevention Week, but the reality of the situation is we often get caught up in our lives and often miss some pretty important signs.

As someone who's had a life long battle with Anxiety and Depression and at times thoughts of suicide, mental health is always something I strive to normalize and talk about.

Nothing is worse than your own mind betraying you and making you feel alone.

That being said, if you have sometime today, check out the very well thought out article from ABC News below. It gives some pretty common warning signs that just may help you prevent a loved one doing the irreversible.

And please don't forget the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
