It's weird, it's like as soon as I get behind the wheel of a car my mindset completely changes. I get aggressive. Like boarder line scary aggressive ESPECIALLY in traffic. But I honestly don't like that side of me so I decided to give this driving meditation a try the past few days and I dug it.
