I don't know about you but I am exhausted enough without having to lose an hour of sleep to Daylight Savings this Sunday (March 8th). In fact I could probably go for a nap right now while writing this. Anyways because I didn't want to go through one more exhausted Spring ahead I decided to look for different ways to make the transition easier. In doing so I found that I'm not alone! In fact the Today Show did an entire segment on it and how we can fair better this year.
