If you're anything like me you've been feeling the stress of our current climate. Between home schooling, coronavirus, financial stressors everyone seems to be a bit more on edge now a days so I've been looking for ways to just unwind even if it's just for a moment.
that being said my search brought me to YouTube where I stumbled upon a video by Jody Shield, a meditation guru and author, about techniques to relieve stress.
