No gyms + more stress = pain...lots and lots of pain. At least for me. I really do tend to carry my stress deep in my body which leads to some pretty tricky situations. In an attempt to prevent things from getting bad and avoiding a trip to the chiropractor I have been doing some daily yoga.
Adriene was suggested to me by one of my healthy, gorgeous effortlessly flexible friends and while I am practically none of those things I too found that her speed, tempo and were perfect for anyone like a beginner like me or an expert.
