Well that was short lived!
After nearly 20 years, this past February the XFL kicked off what was shaping up to be a fun filled football season. However with the unforeseen pandemic that continues to ravage the world the XFL made the decision to close up shop and move it's expectations to the future and a 2021 season.
That being said, it looks like that will no longer be the case. According to Pro Football Talk on NBC Sports the company has decided to lay off all employees and pick up shop for good!
