Yeah...this was a weird thing to stumble on this afternoon but apparently people swear by it!
Basically if you have a bitter cucumber you cut off the end...rub it on the larger part and a white substance comes out.
Now I haven't had a chance to try this yet but a think I might next time I grab some from the store.
