While some parents, especially in the 70's, may have been less than understanding to find out their children we gay Francis Goldin was certainly not one of them!
After learning that her daughters were lesbians, Francis decided to show her love and support publicly every chance she got. Starting in 1971 Francis began attending Pride events and rally's the handmade sign saying, " I love my lesbian daughters, keep them safe". After 50 years the now 94 year old holds the same sign to this day!
