Mondays Are Stressful, Take 5 And Unwind With This Breathing Exercise

it's rainy, it's cold, and it's a Monday on the cusp of the holiday season. I say we take a few minutes and unwind.

I am the worst at remembering to unclench throughout the day. And sitting at a desk reading emails for hours can be super stressful in and of itself. Let alone adding all of our other stressors into the mix. So I figured, why not take a moment this afternoon to just breath.

Put the cell phone aside, close your eyes and just take 5 to refocus.
