Let's face it, this year has been stressful for so many of us and with that stress has come the addition of a few unwanted pounds.
And while that certainly isn't a bad thing, for those who are looking to for some motivation to encourage them in a healthier direction Rebel Wilson might just be your girl.
Back in 2019, before the world was topsie turvie, Rebel decided that 2020 was going to be her year of health. She spent the first few months focusing on getting her eating in order and including mild forms of exercise and when the pandemic hit she did her best to stay on track. Leading her to hit her goal weight an entire month early and losing 60lbs in 11 months!
To celebrate Wilson decided to host an Instagram Live where she broke down her routine, eating habits and overall mental state throughout the past year. It was definitely worth the watch.
