I realize I'm and adult and probably shouldn't like Disney movies as much as I do but hear me out...this one looks really really really good!
Disney's highly anticipated Raya and the Last Dragon has been in the making for a few years now but it looks like we are FINALLY getting a release date!
According to Walt Disney Animation Studio's YouTube page the movie is described as:
"“Raya and the Last Dragon” takes us on an exciting, epic journey to the fantasy world of Kumandra, where humans and dragons lived together long ago in harmony. But when an evil force threatened the land, the dragons sacrificed themselves to save humanity. Now, 500 years later, that same evil has returned and it’s up to a lone warrior, Raya, to track down the legendary last dragon to restore the fractured land and its divided people. However, along her journey, she’ll learn that it’ll take more than a dragon to save the world—it’s going to take trust and teamwork as well."
Basically it is a one of a kind movie I am DYING to see. Fortunately for us we won't have to wait much longer. Raya and the Last Dragon is out March 5th!
