Well, there goes my childhood!

Not gonna lie, I actually re-watched the Dreamwork's mega hit 'Shrek' just a couple weeks ago when I was feeling nostalgic and completely missed this.
Obviously for those who have seen the movie know that the antagonist of the film is Lord Farquaad. The ruler of a fictional land inhabited by various fictional characters from popular fairy tales. He's kind of a jerk. He rounds up all the various fairytale creatures and places them on Shrek's swamp. A quest ensues along with hilarity. Really, it's a great film. However there seems to be one detail that fan, including myself, missed. One that when you see this MIGHT just ruin your childhood a touch.
