it looks like the rising cost of food are drastically effecting everyone this Summer.
Honestly everything is becoming more and more expensive and despite people doing their best to support local establishments sometimes places just can't swing keeping their old menu items, even if they are staples.
Flo’s Clam Shack says it is going without clams because the prices are too high and it doesn’t want to pass the prices on to customers. Which is noble but still sucky
The Middletown restaurant made the announcement this week on social media calling the prices “the absolute highest price for frying clams anyone in this business has ever seen.” See what else they had to say below!
