One good deed leads to another. A woman in South Carolina paid off the debt of a young lady at Lower Richland High School so she could walk in her graduation. Karen Moore was inspired by the act of kindness of Robert Smith, the billionaire who paid off the student debt of the class of 2019 at Morehouse College. Karen is a Lower Richland grad herself, and called the school and offered to pay the debt of any student about to graduate. Coincidentally, just 15 minutes earlier, Dr. Ericka Hursey, the principal of Lower Richland High, had taken a student off the list for graduation because she owed money to cap and gown company Jostens. Karen paid the $300 the young lady owed so she could walk at commencement!
