Sounds like The Tooth Fairy is on a bit of a budget! Kids aren't getting quite as much money for their lost teeth these days. Delta Dental conducted a poll, and found that children get an average of $3.70 per tooth, that's a drop of 43-cents from last year! Boy, and I thought this was a good economy. Lots of parents (um, I mean Tooth Fairies) still fork over $5 per bicuspid, incisor or molar. 46% say how much money the Tooth Fairy leaves depends on how much money she has in her little sparkly purse.
