As a kid I remember being in high school and still going out Trick or Treating with my friends. Some cities and towns think this is wrong and have actually gone so far as to make laws against it! Virginia has some of the strictest rules setting age limits for Trick or Treaters. In Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach the fun is only for kids 12 and under! In Charleston, SC kids can Trick or Treat until age 16. In some of these cities it's a misdemeanor with a $100 fine! Okay so maybe teens should stick to Halloween parties and leave the Trick or Treating to the little ones, but do we really need laws against it? What do you think?
