Every year since 2007, the owners of Rockefeller Center have donated the famous Christmas tree to Habitat for Humanity. The 77 foot Norway Spruce will be cut into lumber, and company staff members will help the charity build a house with it. The tree was taken down yesterday, and all of those lights stored away for next year.
