Remember Necco Wafers? They're coming back! The candy was made in Massachusetts by the New England Candy Company (NECCO) for 171 years until the company filed for bankrupcy in 2018. Production on the wafer candy stopped, and the brand was purchased by the Spangler Candy Company. This week Spanger annouced that the old fashioned favorite candy will be back on store shelves this June! They say it's the type of comfort food that folks are craving these days, to help remember happier times.
