After several theatrical delays, Disney has decided that "Mulan" will skip the theaters and go straight to Video On Demand on their streaming platform. Starting tomorrow, the live action version of "Mulan" will be available on Disney+...for an added fee. The movie will cost $29.99 on top of your regular monthly subscription fee. However, if you want to wait a little while, you'll be able to watch it for no extra cost starting on December 4th.
