Life can get overwhelming, but please know that there is help! When you’re feeling lost and just need to talk, there are people who will listen. The Samaritans of Rhode Island have been devoted to suicide prevention for forty four years and counting!
Remember to always dial 911 for any suicide emergency. And if you're lonely, feeling hopeless or dealing with stress from the Covid 19 pandemic and you want to talk, The Samaritans will listen. They offer help and support for everyone, including Black and Latino, LGBT, elderly, youth, Military, caregivers and more. Find a support group HERE.
